1. Please check your new garments against the packing list. If there are any missing garments, please notify us within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise. Claims should be made via mail at customerservice@emustard.com. Claims for missing garments made after 48 hours will not be honored.
2. Returns must be RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS from date of receipt of merchandise
3. Kindly fill Authorization & Declaration form properly with Black Pen preferably as they are very important document which you need to give to courier people along with the returned Item Packet.
4. Ship items to be returned, along(enclosed) with Return/exchange form, in the plastic envelope to the address below.
5. All returned items must be in their original condition. The returned garment(s) must be unworn - free of perfume, pet hair, smoke, make-up, etc. Any items returned in any condition other than their original sent condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange.
6. In the event of a return/exchange, you will be responsible for the restocking fee.
